Individual air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a private entrance, tile and marble floors, a desk and seating area, wardrobe or clothes rack, flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, minibar, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle, ironing facilities, drying rack and a fold-up bed. The private bathroom includes a bath or shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries, towels and linens.

Families and pets
Pets are allowed free of charge and pet bowls are provided. For families there are family rooms, baby safety gates, child safety socket covers and outdoor play equipment for kids; the nearby water park is available at an additional charge. Children of all ages are welcome and the entire property is on the ground floor.

Bicycle rental and horseback riding nearby at an additional charge, a golf course within a few kilometres, daily housekeeping, grocery deliveries on request, invoices provided, fire extinguishers, CCTV outside the property, a designated smoking area and a hair and beauty salon. Our staff speak Italian and English.
House rules
Check-in runs from 15:30 to 22:30 and we ask guests to let us know their arrival time in advance. Check-out is from 9:00 to 10:30. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to the accommodation type. Parties and events are not allowed and the property does not accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties. There is no age requirement for check-in.
